Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What you are paying for

• The 30-day Pass is a one-time payment, in Indian rupees, for unlimited applications for 30 days. The price you see at checkout is the full amount you pay.
• It does not renew by itself. We never charge you again unless you choose to buy another pass.
• Payments are taken by Razorpay on its own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

2. Cancelling

There is no subscription to cancel. Your pass simply ends after 30 days. You can stop using CoreWorq, or delete your account from Settings, at any time. If you buy another pass while one is running, its days start when the current one ends.

3. When we refund you in full

• You were charged, but your pass did not start.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

We check these against the payment provider’s records. Once a full refund is made, the pass it paid for ends.

4. Passes that have started

A pass that has started and worked as described is not refundable. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

5. If money left your account but the payment failed

Sometimes a bank takes the money although the payment did not complete. In that case the amount is normally returned to you automatically by the bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not come back after that time, contact us with the payment reference and we will help.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@meltingcubes.com from the address on your CoreWorq account. Please include the date, the amount, and the payment reference from your bank or payment confirmation. We aim to reply within 3 working days.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. How long they take to show in your account depends on your bank, and is usually 5 to 7 working days.

7. Employers

Posting jobs on CoreWorq is currently free for verified employers, so there is nothing to refund. If we introduce paid employer plans, this policy will be updated first.
